This page is maintained by TechDuce Africa Holdings Ltd to set out the terms that apply to your use of the TechDuce PartnerHub application and recruitment site.
By accessing the TechDuce PartnerHub site, submitting a partner application, logging into a partner account, or otherwise using the PartnerHub services (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Services.
TechDuce PartnerHub is a recruitment and enablement platform for individuals and organisations that want to refer, sell, implement, or support TechDuce products and services. The programme is free to join and free to remain in. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.
To apply, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. You must provide accurate and complete information in your application and keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
As a partner, you agree to:
We may suspend or terminate your account for conduct that violates these terms or harms TechDuce, customers, or other partners.
Commission rates, payout schedules, and qualifying conditions are described in the PartnerHub dashboard and may be updated by TechDuce from time to time. All payouts are subject to successful deal verification, customer activation, and any minimum thresholds stated in the programme. We reserve the right to withhold or reverse commissions where there is fraud, chargebacks, cancellations, or breaches of these terms.
TechDuce grants partners a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use approved marketing assets, brand materials, and co-branded content solely for the purpose of promoting TechDuce products under the programme. You may not modify the TechDuce logo or trademarks, register domain names that incorporate TechDuce trademarks, or imply an endorsement that has not been authorised.
You may receive non-public information about TechDuce, products, pricing, customers, or other partners. You must keep that information confidential and use it only for the purpose of performing your role as a partner.
Either party may terminate the partner relationship at any time. Upon termination, you must cease using TechDuce branding and materials, return or destroy confidential information, and you will no longer accrue commissions for new deals after the effective termination date, subject to any payout of commissions already earned and verified.
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. TechDuce does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific commission amount will be achieved. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, TechDuce Africa Holdings Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Services or these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify partners of material changes by email or through the PartnerHub dashboard. Continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
