Privacy Notice

1. Who we are

TechDuce Africa Holdings Ltd (“TechDuce”, “we”, “us”) operates the PartnerHub application and recruitment site. This notice explains how we handle personal data submitted through the partner application form, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).

2. What we collect

  • Identity and contact details: full name, email address, phone number, state of residence.
  • Application details: background, motivation for partnering, how you heard about the program, and any optional preferred track.
  • Technical data: referral code (if you arrived via a partner link) and submission timestamp.

3. Why we collect it

We use your data solely to:

  • Review your application and communicate the decision.
  • Onboard you into the certification programme if approved.
  • Comply with our legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.

We do not use your data for marketing or share it with third parties without a separate, specific consent.

4. Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your explicit consent (given at submission) and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in evaluating partner applications and running the programme.

5. Retention

Application data is retained for as long as needed to review the application and, if approved, for the duration of your partnership plus any period required by law. Rejected applications are retained for up to 12 months, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

Under the NDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
  • Withdraw consent at any time.
  • Lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).

7. Security

Data is stored in access-controlled systems with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is limited to a small named reviewer team on a need-to-know basis.
